The Atlas Connect Gateway(ACG) powerful processing capabilities enable fast, reliable performance even in the field, making it easier to keep machines running smoothly and efficiently.     High Current Power Distribution Module

    The High Current Power Distribution Module (HCPDM) simplifies the interconnection of input devices and the switching of high current output loads. The unit allows users to easily extend the functionality of an existing control/display system using the SAE J1939 protocol.

    Users can monitor up to 6 multi-configurable inputs and control 8 (40A) outputs. Additionally, 2 low current (100mA) outputs are provided for high impedance loads or to control automotive relays. These additional outputs can function during engine crank e.g., be used to start an engine. The HCPDM also features a full complement of diagnostics and includes individual output current feedback with adjustable overcurrent setpoints. The HCPDM utilizes advanced intelligent electronics that enable it to energize any output at a predefined level during startup (Power on Reset). The integrated 5/10V configurable regulated output further extends system flexibility by providing power for sensors. Housed in a robust metal enclosure, the HCPDM can be mounted close to load devices anywhere on the vehicle. It is designed for 12 Volt operation and has a fully sealed construction using proven Deutsch and AMP connectors. Users can remotely monitor and configure all the inputs and outputs and control individual outputs.

    The Select Series CANKeypad puts you in control with compact, LED-backlit tactile buttons, suitable for any CAN-based application. Use it as a stand-alone switch panel, an annunciator, or alongside an Enovation Controls display.

    Configuration is easy with a simple CAN protocol. Each button supports programmable RGB backlighting and status LEDs with full control of color, brightness, and flash rate, including bar graph capabilities.

    Built to last, and tested over 1 million cycles the keypad is IP67 rated with an integrated gasket and mounts to a panel using two M3 bolts. Four color-coded flying leads provide CAN and power connectivity, offering maximum install flexibility.

    S35 is Rugged, Compact, Configurable and Programmable.

    An entry-level display and a worthy successor to the legendary PV101. It is designed to provide electronic instrumentation and application monitoring for electronic or mechanical engine, battery, and mains-powered industrial equipment. This display offers robust features with a color LCD, tactile buttons, and outdoor usability. The display is versatile and can provide operator equipment status, fault -conditions, and the ability to monitor configurable parameters. It features support for CAN J1939 & CAN Open in addition to RS485 serial communication to easily integrate into a wide variety of applications.

    The display will come out of the box as a fully functional engine monitoring instrument paired with a configurable software application for quick customization of parameters, color schemes, and company logos. Support for multiple languages and data logging is also included.

    CANBridge™

    The Enovation Controls CANBridge™ is a compact module designed to enable the exchange of CAN communication data between two CAN networks. This can facilitate data exchange between networks operating at different baud rates. A software configuration tool simplifies setup and allows users to save configuration settings in a file for future use.

    CANBridge™ can limit data exchange in one direction only, or filter bidirectionally on 11 or 29-bit identifiers. Additionally, the unit allows for using SAE J1939/NMEA2000 rules. J1939 data can be filtered independently on the source address and PGN in both directions. This filtering supports up to 16 combinations of source address and PGN. NMEA2000 has the same options for filtering as J1939 but adds a method for each of the 16 filters to reduce CAN traffic by retransmitting only every nth message. The NMEA filters also support fast-packet. CANBridge™ is compact and light enough for inclusion in many wiring harnesses, but can also be surface mounted via four fixing holes. The case is fully sealed in epoxy resin for high impact and environmental resistance.

The OpenView S70 is easily viewed in full sunlight and contains an optically bonded LCD inside its IP65-rated case to keep it safe in most weather environments. The OpenView S70 comes standard with a glass-front, glove-friendly touchscreen suited to a wide array of applications. The OpenView S70 introduces the all-new Select Series, retaining the ruggedness, customizability, and excellent performance Enovation Controls’ displays are known for, but with an unprecedented value proposition posed to expand full-color rugged displays to new markets. The OpenView S70 is programmable with your selected toolset through the power of the new OpenPVTM Software Platform. Graphic interface not included, custom programming required. A few early sample displays received a portrait orientation only polarizer, making landscape orientation viewability poor when wearing polarized sunglasses. This will be corrected on all production S70 units.

    PowerVision Configuration Studio® software allows developers to customize multiple aspects of a PowerView display®.

    The developer suite offers programmers varying levels of control – from base-level display options to in-depth custom programming with C/C++ syntax scripting capabilities. PowerVision Configuration Studio® provides several protocols for machine integration and more than 100 commonly used J1939 and NMEA messages and diagnostic functions.     MVP-C Series

    The MVP Series is a line of proportional valve controllers each housed in an 18mm DIN connector body.

    Several versions are available for open and closed loop applications. Bright LED indicators provide an overview of the operating status. System configuration is accomplished through a clip-on infrared adapter, without removing or opening the connector body. All settings are stored in permanent memory within each unit. Each MVP controller is prewired and permanently sealed.
