Some milestones deserve a little extra celebration.
For the fifth consecutive year, Enovation Controls has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ by Great Place To Work.
Five years. In a row.
And yes, we’re pretty proud of that.
Not simply because another award is going on the shelf, but because of what it represents: the kind of workplace our team continues to build together.

At Enovation Controls, we want people to have room to grow. That means creating opportunities for professional development and career advancement, encouraging mentorship, listening to feedback, and making sure people have a voice in where we go next.
We also happen to think having different perspectives around the table makes us better at what we do. We’re engineers, problem-solvers, manufacturers, innovators, marketers, leaders, and a whole lot more. Bringing those different experiences and ways of thinking together makes our teams stronger, and ultimately helps us build better solutions for our customers.
