Last week, employees and their families came together at Incredible Pizza in Tulsa for our annual company picnic. It was an evening filled with great food, laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of fun, but what made the day special was the time spent together.
It is easy to get caught up in projects, meetings, and daily responsibilities. Taking a few hours to connect outside of work gives everyone the chance to slow down, get to know one another on a more personal level, and create memories with the people who matter most.
From kids racing through the arcade to coworkers sharing a meal, every smile and every laugh served as a reminder that our greatest strength has always been our people. Seeing families connect, new friendships form, and longtime coworkers enjoy time together creates the kind of moments that stay with you long after the day is over.
These gatherings are about more than having fun. They are a chance to recognize the people behind the work and to celebrate the relationships that help make our workplace such a special community.
