I spoke with some of the developers about your issue. It seems as though this can occur with configs that have been updated from previous versions of PowerVision Configuration Studio. So it isn't really a bug.

As different widgets have changed such as Lamp Widgets to Image Widgets, they can still be in the toolbox, but the icon and descriptor show the new descriptor.

The duplicates shouldn't be harmful though.

Yea I see that, the few tests i've run with them don't show significant differences, so this is just more of a make you aware if you weren't already.
