Sorry to post an issue for what I would consider something simple (and which has been discussed numerous times on this forum). I am having issues updating the RTC on the HV700BPBlackLabel product.
1. The Hardware indicates that a RTC exists on the platform
2. After working on this for a while -- I created two buttons. The first button loads the data into the RealTimeClock.Set.XXX variables. The second button fires the System_Update_Clock action. Here are my two functions written in script (pretty simple)
3. The following screenshot shows the results after I have loaded the data in the RealTimeClock.Set.XXX parameters. The data was loaded properly so it is just a simple matter of updating the clock. When I do this -- the display resets and comes back up online. The RTC is set at 2000/01/01 00:00 so my update did not work.
We plan on doing some significant data logging with this product so having an accurate RTC value is required.

There are a few possibilities. The marine versions of the displays do not have a real time clock. The RTC exists flags were set early on even if there was not a RTC. I'm going to email you a link for the latest PowerVision and a firmware update to try. The developers told me that they just recently put the RTC code in.
