Murphy Config Community,
We are trying to upload configs to our 750 displays. We have had issues uploading configs through the 2.3 & 2.4 beta config tools. Interesting enough, v2.2 works for all in our group with out a problem. For v2.3 & 2.4 beta, we have tried changing thr IP address of both our device and gateway per Murphys reccommendations, including 172.16.0.1/2.

Also, we have all other network connections disabled, we have updated and validated device drivers. Wireshark prints the following message frequently when we are trying to establish the connection:
"who has 192.168.0.1? Tell 192.168.0.3"

Any advice would be greatly apprecated.
