I just uploaded a program to a HVS 450 and I got this message:
Invalid configuration version: 0
Application version: 2.3.10155.0
Required configuration tool version: 2.3.11073 to 2.1.11500
Since this message is displayed,I have not been able to reconnect to the device
What should I do?
Thanks
Charles

Re: Invalid Configuration
I'm not 100% sure this is the reason, but have you updated your loader with the latest from this post?

Once you have confirmed that the reliability update is done, try it again and see if it will load into the PV450. Good luck!

Re: Invalid Configuration
Which version of PowerVision are you using? Have you upgraded to the most current? I would also upgrade to the most current version and see if that corrects the issue.

Re: Invalid Configuration
I am using PowerVision 2.6.20023
I will update the bootloader from the post you mentioned and see if it helps.
Thanks

Re: Invalid Configuration
Definitely update the boot loader. Also make sure you have created a "FULL" install and loaded the display. This message usually means you have a Full install of one version (Apps) and a "Config" install of the configuration (Config).
To get it working, you can pull up a known working configuration such as "Blank" and generate a "Full" install. Save this to a thumb drive and load it directly. After that you should have your connection to the PC restored.
