Hello,
I am working on a PV780 and I noticed the splash screen is really short, maybe 1 or 2 seconds at most. Is there any way to keep this up longer? I'd like to have it up for 5 seconds but only on cold boot. Is there a bit that goes true during the boot process I can use? I do not want it to show during a warm boot, ie when sys.ignitionOn goes true.
Thanks,
Phil

Re: Increase splash screen time?
There is...
Many people put up the same image as the start page on their configuration. From there, you can either start a timer when you receive the "Screen.Ready" to hide the boot image. On a warm boot (sleep) the display doesn't return to its startup page, this only occurs during a full boot so it should fit what you need.
