Hello,
I just received a PV780T and I'm trying to flash one of the standard configurations. Now I have it connected with the 2 USB ethernet dongles with a crosscable. PowerVision then finds the device, but I always get the message "Incompatible Document Format Not Connected". I've looked through the manuals of both the device as the PowerVision software, but I can't find anything about the error.
Could someone explain what the message means and also how to resolve it?
Thanks

Re: Incompatible Document Format
Hello mvkilsdonk,
Most times with a new display, a full install from the USB is required. This ensures that the application firmware and configuration are up to date with your PowerVision Configuration Studio.
You will need to create a full install from the Tools menu and save it to a USB drive.
Please let us know if you continue to have a problem.
