.db3 file crash in config tool

Config 2.1.10741 on my machine crashes when I try to open this Demo file (Unhandled exception error) . See attached Detail log
By the way thanks for fixing the upload of DB3 files. Any reason why *.TXT files are not allowed either? I had to zip it to be able to load.

JZanni -

Not sure - I pulled it off and opened it again and I was able to open it fine. Please try upgrading to the latest 2.1 tool (2.1.10754). It's just a patch release, so all 2.1 work is safe - just fixes a few bugs. Let me know if you still have issues.

I'm not able to recreate this either. Can you give us some information on your environment. Windows XP, 7? Regional Settings? Are you running as administrator?

After discussing. It looks like we have a download problem. When downloading files from the forums make sure they are complete downloads. Typically downloaded db3 files should be between 3 and 20mb. If you find you have a small download its probably a partial and you should try again.
