What does the Touch Action-Continue mean?

Trying to fire an action when a touch is held for a specific length of time.

The Touch Action-Continue will occur when the particular touch widget changes, it is good for drag and slide.

I think you should be able to use the Touch Action - Start, to start a timer and with the Touch Action - Release, you can determine if it is ok to fire the action.
