Hello,
I hope you can clarify the PDM models for me. I know they were recently updated and designated IX3212. The IX3212-24 (P/N E2443053) appears to be the "24V" model, but says it will work 8 - 32V (Sales Flyer). This is pretty common. What I don't understand is I also have a quote for a 12V model... P/N E2443000. Is there any reason I would want the 12V model when the 24V model handles it? Or is this a mistake, i.e. one of the old PDMs?
Thanks,
Phil

Re: Question on PDM models
Ok, I found out that the 12V model is different. It has 2 outputs that can handle up to 25 amps, all the inputs are resistive only, it doesn't have lamp or motor mode, and PV software app does not support it.
