If RS485 or Ethernet is setup as Modbus RTU slave, and a successful write is received to a variable in the Modbus map and the variable is "SurvivePowerCycle", add a feature to trigger an NVMgr->Save All() function to store the variable.

Currently there is no way to trigger even an external trigger on a write event, so the only solution is periodic timer to constantly call a save on periodic interval...not ideal.
