PV750 2.1 Configuration Tool Manual missing page ?

I printed out the manual and noticed couple of things.

1. Page 91 is blank - intended ?
2. Pages past 83 are missing the footer.

I could not reply to the original post and neither post in that forum hence posting it here. Moderators feel free to move it.
