When I update the RTC with SDK 2.3, the unit reboots into the loader. With SDK 2.7, the unit reboots and runs as expected.
One of the PV450's has the 2.3 Bootloader and is programmed with a SDK 2.3 Configuration.
The other PV450 has the 2.7 Bootloader and is programmed with a SDK 2.7 Configuration.
Both execute the same actions listed below. Note that I am NOT using CCM->ShutdownToLoader((Empty)).
Actions:
System->UpdateClock((Empty))
CCM->Shutdown((Empty))
Can anyone tell me how to get the 2.3 unit to reboot and run as expected?
SDK 2.3 Observation: As a test, I only fired System->UpdateClock((Empty)). Oddly enough, the system rebooted into the bootloader. I would have thought that it would not until CCM->Shutdown((Empty)) was fired.

Re: PV450 SDK 2.3 RTC Issue
Hello dberezowski,
Are you saying that with the 2.3 version you have to intervene and push a button to get out of the bootloader when you update the RTC, but with the 2.7 you don't?
I assume that porting to the 2.7 is not an option.
Do you have other 2.3 configs with the behavior you want?
I am trying to confirm that the 2.7 has improved behavior because of changes to the RTC subsytem.
