2.6 => 2.7 Configuration Conversion Issue
Hello,
1.) Configuration Conversion from Configuration Studio 2.6.20023 to 2.7.10319
2.) Display - PV350
I have an existing configuration (let's call it configA) that was built with Studio 2.6 that I pulled into Studio 2.7. I created a full Install and loaded into a PV350. After the load completed, the display seemed to be "stuck" in a constant reboot loop. I then placed the display in boot and loaded a full install of a simpler configuration (configB) built with Studio 2.6 and converted to Studio 2.7 without issue. I can use Studio 2.6 to load configA into my display also without issue. Is there any additional verification steps that need to be executed to convert a configuration to 2.7?
Thanks,
Dan

It sounds like you are doing all the steps you need. Can you send me either via a private message or email the configuration you are having issues with?

Make sure when going from 2.6 to 2.7 you always do a full install. 2.7 also includes firmware changes for 350 that can only be done with a full install.

I have just sent my configuration causing the reboot issue to the software staff earlier today.AeonClock wrote:Has this been resolved? I am having the same issue.

Re: 2.6 => 2.7 Configuration Conversion Issue
When the PV350 configuration was imported from 2.6 to 2.7 an I/O definition was added to the resistive input however there was no curve specified for that I/O definition. This is what caused the resetting issue. Once a curve was created and assigned to the definiton the display worked properly.
In the next patch a default curve will be assigned.

Just disabled the resistive input (no using anyway) and now display is working as expected.
Thanks!
