Hi,
When PV780 is booted during Relays of digital inputs repeat on and off, a trouble occurs.
Half of PV780 screen goes white, another half works as usual.
(Rarely full screen goes white.)
That occurs two of our three PV780s.
Please tell me how to solve the problem.
My environment:
・PV Studio:V2.7、V2.8
・Model:PV780
・Digital Input:Turn Signal Relays
・Windows:win7(64bit,service pack1)
Regards,
Hiroto

Re: Screen goes white after booting
Hello Hiroto miyazaki,
Is the half of the screen that stays white used to display anything related to one or all of the digital inputs?
Can you provide information about the relays on the digital inputs?
Would you be able to provide the PowerVision Configuration Studio, the Application, OS and boot loader versions on each of the PV780s?
If you can connect PowerVision Configuration Studio to the PV780, the versions are shown on the Configuration tab. There is a panel with that shows the Installed versions.
Or, do the configs on the PV780 have a settings view that shows versions? It might show some of the version information.
We need to know the serial number of each PV780. This should be found on the back of the display, there is a label that shows the serial number. You should send this information in a private message from the forum or you may send it to my email below.
Please don't post the information here.
Another question: Do all three PV780s have exactly the same configuration/firmware? You have put the same full install on all three displays?

Thank you for waiting.
At the beginning, I sent the information about the turn signal relay.
Could you please take a look the attachment?

Re: Screen goes white after booting
Hello,
It will still be helpful if you would provide the exact version numbers for PowerVision Configuration Studio used for the configuration on the PV780s. Is it 2.8.10366? Also, please provide the application and OS versions, if possible.
Also, is the white part of what you see on the display used to display the state of the inputs or something unrelated?
