We completed a PV450 config a few weeks back that has DM1 in place.
Messaging all seemed to work properly, with popups showing up as expected and clearing as expected with simulated data. We performed limited real work testing and once again it seemed to operate as expected.

Since then we have installed the config in a customers machine for some real world use.
They had a couple diagnostic error situations occur and the config operated correctly, informing them of the dm1 message and allowing them to clear.

They have since had the errors sorted and cleared by a technician but for some reason the config continues to display the dm1 message on startup.

The config in question is attached.

Is there perhaps a step we are missing?
