Re: Error Message When Saving in Powervision
Hello CustomFP,
I'm assuming you have done the basics, validating the configuration and if the config is for a color display, compiled the scripts. If you are using a 2.8 PowerVision and search for "object reference" you should find a couple of topics where users have encountered this problem and resolved it.
A lot of times this will occur when we import from a 2.7 PowerVision to the 2.8 and an application action or variable has changed. Sometimes it is just updating within a major version from patch to patch. We usually try to warn users in the Usability and Feature Changes doc if we haven't been able to provide an upgrade script and the change requires editing a config by hand.
If you don't find a resolution for your particular issue, please provide more details and we can try to get to the root of the problem with you.
