Default Video Setting/PV750-V

Post by tshiii » Tue Jul 19, 2011 11:25 pm

Dear Sir,

Regarding the PV750-V, default setting of video should be "ON". Can I set the setting to be "OFF" as default? Our customer creates a customized program, main applications use video function, but some applications do not. So, they would like to switch the video ON/OFF depending on applications based on the single customized program.

Best regards,

Shiii

To turn video "on" or "off" you can use a state machine to show or hide the video widget whenever you need to.

Dear bseidl,

Would you advise us how to customize for hiding (OFF) a video screen as default?

To hide a video widget by default, select the video widget in the page designer and uncheck the views under "show in views" where you want the widget hidden.

Using the config I uploaded last time, you can select the video widget and uncheck "Main Page View", under "Show in Views." This will hide the video widget in the Main Page View by default.
