We connected the PV 350 display to power vision configuration tool 2.7.10419, but we could not able to make communication with PV 350 device and PV config. tool. So please advise the steps of communication procedure...

The latest PowerVision Configuration Studio manuals are found here viewtopic.php?f=3&t=932. The Powervision Configuration Studio Core manual has some information about communicating between PowerVision Configuration Studio and a display along with some troubleshooting.
Since your display is a PV350, it will use CAN. Be sure to have the 120 ohm resistor on the connection.
