PowerVision Studio for Mono Displays - Missing Tools?

PowerVision Studio for Mono Displays 2.9.21075
MPC-20-R2, MPC-20, MPC-10, TEC-10
Win 10 Pro

When opening the templates for the MPC-10/TEC-10, MPC-20, and MPC-20-R2, some of the options in the tools are missing.

If I open the PV380 template or a blank configuration, all of the normal tools are available.
