Is there any way to prompt a user for a passcode prior to flashing a new .bin file onto a MPC-20r1/r2?

If not through PowerVision is it possible to request/pay for a custom bootloader that disables the button press sequence or USB auto-detect and forces the load through a reboot process (reboot to load screen) via configuration?
