PV380-R2 cannot be recovered

Hello,

After a connection failure happened on the PV380-R2 at configuration loading, any configurations including Muphry standard one cannot be uploaded to the unit. How can it be recovered? Should the bootloader be uploaded firstly by an USB flash memory?

Please kindly advise this.

Please contact Eric Carmen in Tech Support, he said you have his email. If you can, check to see if the red and amber lights are blinking a pattern. If so, count the blinks or take a picture or a video will help him. Sorry for the inconvenience.
