Hello,
I am just reading over the new power vision documentation and have been wondering this for a while. What is the 'Customer Extensions' tab in the 'Library' section used for. I could understand potentially including a csv file of user names or something. However i noticed that when you add a new file you can select a type such as application, shared type, simplified UI Guage.
So my question is what exactly are these used for. Can you include additional libraries from angle script (or other source) and or can you include additional gauges?
I could only find one half page mention of this, so i dont know if i am just looking in the wrong location or?
Thanks,
Michael

Re: What are Customer Extensions
Hello Michael,
In most cases, the Customer Extensions files are proprietary applications or functions developed for a particular configuration. Recently we have added the Simplied UI Gauge container files which are XML. There is an addendum in the Core reference manual that describes how to create the files so they may be used in the PowerVision Controller Configuration Tool.
There isn't much information about the other types since files/objects are developed for custom configurations.
