Hello,
Please note, this is in addition to my previous post, as it seems to have been ignored.

I am finding more and more errors/misinformation in the FW Murphy/Enovation Controls documentation.
When will the documentation be fixed and usable?

Re: Documentation
I'm very sorry that you felt that your comments were ignored. I can assure you they were not.
My group (the PowerVision Software Team) contacted marketing about the error immediately. The documentation was corrected shortly after you made us aware of it. My understanding is that the SD Slot hardware is included in the hardware but as its on the back panel, the embedded software group has not exposed it to users. Our customers have communicated that what they need is support for larger data logs (which we supported in 2.7) and the ability to export logs to USB easily. In addition they have asked for many other scenarios related to usb and we have worked to make the USB support better in each release. There was most definitely a miscommunication between the software group and marketing when creating the literature which has been corrected. Hopefully you can can understand how this that can happen from time to time.
I'm sorry that this has caused an inconvenience for you and we have added to our backlog the following feature..."The ability to use the back mounted SD Card Slot for data logging." As always, if you can communicate to us a feature that is needed, we will work to support your needs.
