I'm writing a program for a PV450/HV450, and the screen doesn't seem to be scaling properly. If you follow the link below, you can see the screen that I made in PowerVision in the first picture, and how it actually shows up on the device in the second picture. On the actual device, it only takes up about 4/5ths of the screen. It's scaled down a little. The third picture shows something that might be related to the problem. Whenever I place an object on a screen, the outline to re-size/grab that item appears offset up and to the left of that object.

You can see in the first and third picture that I have the correct display selected, and that I have the latest version of software. Any idea what's going on here?

Re: Screen not scaling properly
PowerVision currently only supports 96dpi (aka 100% scaling) windows scaling. This setting is changed using Control Panel, Display Settings. An upcoming patch to 2.6 will improve things a little (should handle your screen better) and 2.7 will do a better job of supporting 125% and 150%. Unfortunately, the current UI technology we (and many others ) use for maximum backwards compatibility in PowerVision doesn't handle scaling to these new High DPI displays well. Future releases may change to a more DPI friendly display technology but its not a feature planned for any specific release.

Re: Screen not scaling properly
My monitors are already set to 96 pixels per inch (100% scaling) under the display settings. Is there any other way to fix this?

Hum. The picture you send me shows Windows running with a larger than 100% font. Every version of windows is a little different on how you do this. Some show "Large Fonts" some show a percent slider etc. Are you on Windows 7 or Vista?
Maybe you can send a screen shot of your Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display settings.

Re: Screen not scaling properly
Here's a screenshot of my display settings, showing that it's running at 100% scaling, or 96DPI:

I'm running windows 7 pro 64-bit, with screen resolutions of 1920x1080 and 1680x1050

Do you see the little yellow triangle that says "This change will take place when you log back in" in your picture? That is windows telling you that you're not running 100% until you log off and back in.
