We've gotten a lot of questions on the Diagnostic Messaging application and how it works. I've created a write up that I plan to get into our documentation as well, but in the meantime I thought I'd share it here.

You can open the Murphy Standard configuration and go to the Dm1 state machine. You can follow the logic there and use this write-up as a reference to explain each event and action. The screen labeled DM1-Popup displays the variables that are populated by the DM application. These variables are also explained in this write-up.
