Hello,

I recently upgraded to PV2.9 Configurator, and my customer noticed the display is not staying on with the keyswitch. He checked with an old program which used PV2.7 and it works fine. In the System Manager/System Application I have all the boxes unchecked, with Shutdown Completely set to 60 seconds, but apparently the display goes dark immediately with key switch off.

I attached an image of System Manager page. Any idea why this would happen or how to fix it?

That is a problem that is in the PowerVision 2.9 Release. It has been fixed in PowerVision 2.9 Patch 1 Beta. Of course, that's a beta. They have Patch 2 in testing and it looks like it will be scheduled for mid-September. So, it is fixed and it's just a wait until a release version is ready.
