Are there any plans to add an addition to this forum or to create another site where users can share and download files such as images and programming? That way we could get the latest files and share things with one another. I think we could all benefit from it.

If I understand your question correctly...

The real purpose of this forum is to do just that. If you would like to share ideas - such as finding a unique or better way to do something - then please feel free to post what you have. You should be able to upload files - let us know if you have trouble.

Also, there is Private Messaging where you can share files privately between other users on the forum.

If I misunderstood, please write again and let me know.
