Rick Martich has been promoted to Vice President of Global Manufacturing. His expertise in team building, change management, the Toyota Production System and Lean Six Sigma enables Martich to drive organizational transformations and positive financial performance in these areas of responsibility.

Martich holds a bachelor’s degree in mechnical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Unversity of Tulsa. Having maintained positions in engineering, finance, quality and operations, Martich has provided more than eight years of service with Enovation Controls in various leadership roles.
