Dr. Kennon Guglielmo, chief technology officer of Enovation Controls, has been appointed by Rush Enterprises Inc. to serve on its board of directors. William “Bill” Cary, president and chief operating officer of GE Capital, has also been appointed to the same.

Guglielmo is also a member of the board of directors of Enovation Controls. In 1994, Guglielmo formed EControls Group Inc., an affiliate of Enovation Controls, and began developing engine management systems for the industrial, marine and heavy-duty engine markets. He has been the president and a member of the board of directors of EControls Group Inc., since its formation. Guglielmo holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree and doctorate in mechnical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
